Inspired by the Haitian Creole word for dream and short for revolution, The Rev is a celebration of Black culture, history, and activism. Based in Troy, NY, The Rev is the collaborative vision of D. Colin, a multidisciplinary artist, and Robert Cooper, a photographer. Creative partners and married co-founders, we’ve spent years vending side by side, sharing our passion for art and storytelling. Now, we’ve united our brands into one space to bring a curated collection of art and merchandise infused with love, creativity, and culture.Our shop offers a range of handmade items—from vibrant paintings and striking photography to wearable art and thoughtful keepsakes.
